Insurance
I am in network with a few insurance companies. I also accept private pay, and can support you in using your out of network benefits by providing a superbill. I have a limited amount of sliding scale/reduced rate slots. You can indicate your preferred payment method in the initial consult form.

Out of Network Benefits

If your insurance plan offers out of network benefits for mental health care, I can provide a superbill.

If you are not sure, call your insurance company and ask how much they would reimburse you based on my standard rate of $130. You may need the CPT code which is 90837.

You would pay out of pocket for each session, and then submit the superbill to your insurance so they can reimburse you. I recommend calling your insurance company prior to starting therapy.

My standard out of pocket fee is $130 per 60 minute session
Sliding Scale/Reduced Rate

I have a limited amount of reduced rate slots for clients for whom the cost of therapy would be a financial burden.

Please only apply for these slots if your annual individual income is less than $60,000 or family income is less than $120,000.
